kuska fabric is a brand rooted in Kyoto Tango, renowned as Japan's largest silk weaving region with a rich history of kimono weaving spanning over 300 years. We conducted a rebranding effort to transition the original brand, KUSKA, from a niche brand to a global one. It began with the proposal to rename KUSKA to "kuska fabric," with a focus on its delicate yet powerful handwoven techniques, aiming to be recognized as an authentic fabric brand worldwide. Additionally, we worked on building the visual identity, including logo design, and graphic design for various materials such as brand tags, websites, and DM cards.
